Everything about this was amazing from the service I received to receiving my ring. The representative I spoke with Janine was helpful and gracious/accommodating at every turn.
When I needed extensions there were no problems, she kept in touch consistently keeping me up to date and allowing me to update her.
All the information taken for my piece was done exactly to the detail and turned out perfect in every way.
The fit, sizing, and overall ring size were spot on and every detail exactly as I wanted.
I will definitely be ordering again. If you are considering having them make something for you, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Custommade is overall incredibly profesional and good. The customer service is quick, professional and friendly. The Pieces have top level quality. I'm overall amazed with custommade.
Custom pieces are always expensive, and this is no different here, but I expected no less. Fortunately however custommade offers a lot of options to design the piece exactly how you want it, and with that price customization comes aswell.
The only problem I had was for the piece to arrive, which however was not their fault, and upon getting in touch with them again they helped me and everything went well. Amazing experience.
