The ring came out just as I had imagined it. With the help of some AI imaging to help my ideas come to life, they took notes and ensured I was entirely satisfied. They even offerred a video of my piece before shipment so I could get a good look at it before they shipped it to me. The customer service from the very beginning was stellar. I had quite a few changes, requests, and ideas that they all seemed to handle with ease. They were understanding, patient and kind. As I was passed from one team to the next throughout the design process, everything was communicated very well between them. At first I was a bit nervous ordering such an expensive piece from an online seller, as many of us can be, but look no further if you want a quality bespoke piece! This company is exceptional and keeps you informed throughout the entire process. Shipping was SO fast. I'm genuinely in awe of the piece we received; a ring to rival the ones that my love got for me. Thank you is an understatement! We have a new family heirloom!

I searched a long time looking for the right company to make my class ring. I came across CustomMade, the pictures of their products impressed me. Granted, I was a little shocked by the price compared to other companies but none of the others offered the customized look I wanted. After my consultation and design experience, the continuous updates and ensuring the ring design was exactly what I wanted, I was hooked. Between getting the correct design, consistent updates, and the choices for metals, I understood and appreciated the cost. The whole production process I was updated with the progress. The production team ran into some issues and would not let the ring be reviewed until THEY were satisfied with the end result. Shipping arrived exactly when they said and actually seeing it I could not be any more excited about the outcome. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a unique design, great customer service, and a price that is reasonable for the service you receive, go with CustomMade!!!
