Unfortunately, I never got around to posting a review of the stools I ordered from Donald a few years back -- Sorry Donald!
The stools are beautiful and I have received countless compliments about them from people that have seen them. The are surprisingly comfortable too as we got the "scooped" out. Love these stool!
This true one of a kind coffee table has it all! The slab of spalted maple is crazy unique, between the spalting, the figure, the stunning crotch flame, the quarter sawing, and the live edge. It is guaranteed to start a thousand conversations. I chose the steel C-channel for it's strength and simplicity. finished in a low gloss tung oil, this amazing piece really stands out.

Being that this is the first time I ordered a custome piece of furniture over the Internet was very nurvous. Rebekah at Donald Mee Designs spent a lot of time communicating with me to keep me calm. She sent pictures and helped me decide on slab and design. I had one day available to deliver the pieces and she was able to have them delivered on that day. Rebekah stayed in communication with me till I had confirmation of delivery time. The tables were delivered and we absolutely love them. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on value is that I'm inexperienced on the cost of custom furniture. I paid a lot more than I expected but love the tables so much that I think it was worth it. These two pieces will now be the center pieces of our living room. I would definitely recommend working with Donald Mee and will again myself if the need arises.
