Pennsylvania German Keepsake Chest
This is my family keepsake chest decorated in the Pennsylvania German style. 21" wide, 12" in height and 9 1/2" in depth, this sizable chest is made from Oak and Maple and features 12 hand-painted hearts, 2 Moravian stars, the family name on front and a very detailed design on top featuring 2 Distlefinks which is the good luck symbol of the Pennsylvania Germans. Painted on the inside with a mustard color milk paint, this chest is decorated by the best Artist in Lancaster county today. This beautiful chest is available for $600 which includes shipping and insurance.
