Pantry – Closet
This shaker style cabinet of frame and panel construction is unique for a piece of this size. It is crafted entirely of solid maple (no plywood). Quarter sawn maple frame and side panels; half-lapped soft maple plank back, shelves and bottom. Highly figured Birds Eye maple door panels in traditional milk-paint painted door frames contrasts with the straight grain of the quarter sawn side panels. The tung oil finish enhances the unstained, natural maple to keep the interior bright. Shelf supports at the sides and the center, mortised into the frame adds visual interest as well as shelving strength. (dimensions 98" H x 52" Wx 22" deep)
