![]() "Alephbet Dining Set" is a commissioned piece finished in 2002. It's constructed of Yellowheart and Purpleheart woods with a clear acrylic finish. The back of each chair is a different letter of the Hebrew alphabet. The chairs are upholstered in leather. A commisioned piece like this will start with between the client and myself to find out what they are looking for. I will then take the information and create ideation sketches that I present to the client along with wood samples. Once we have agreed on the piece the work begins.
