Writing Desk
With a veneer pattern that tends to fool the eye, this writing desk does in fact have a flat top. A leather insert and pommele sapele starburst pattern are pulled to the edge of the table and partially cover a sterling silver inlay and wenge edge, giving an illusion of depth to the top.
